This time of year can be stressful, overwhelming, and filled with pressure to "be better" in the new year. This workshop is oriented towards fostering softness and ease through the breath/pelvic floor connection. We'll start with a foundation of pelvic floor anatomy and function, and how it relates to your overall well-being - including your gut, bladder, nervous system, and sexual health. We'll then practice gentle movements and breathing strategies to help you to connect with and coordinate this often overlooked set of muscles, with a focus on flexibility and expansion as you enter the new year. You'll leave with strategies you can use to continue your practice at home. This workshop is for people of all body sizes, abilities, anatomies, and genders.
