Fran Astino (she/her) is a Human Resources & Administrative Consultant, Yoga Teacher, Space Holder, and Sound Meditation Facilitator.
Fran calls herself a “fat & queer yoga teacher with a ‘real job’ in HR.” She is passionate about social justice, and her yoga practice has been centered in creating space for underserved communities. Her business grew from a passion for making HR more "human," and she now helps small business and start-up owners have the time to grow their business through effective HR & Administrative consulting services.
Fran currently offers individual and small group yoga instruction and sound healing at Sanctuary, on the Third Floor of Thornes Marketplace in downtown Northampton.
